The City of Beloit has partnered with Rural Development Group to bring 8 new single-family homes to our community! Thanks to a Moderate Income Housing (MIH) grant award from the State of Kansas, the City is offering $30,000 in down payment assistance to qualifying buyers. 🏡 7 of the 8 homes are still available — with limited customization options available if purchased before construction begins. ✅ Buyers must meet income qualifications. ✅ The first 4 homes are scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. 👉 Click the links below for full details and to see how you can become a homeowner in Beloit!
