Housing Coop Program: Public Meeting

Have you ever considered building a new home in Mitchell County? The Northwest Kansas Economic Innovation Center is now offering the Kansas Housing Cooperative Loan Program (a forgivable loan program) to help make building a house more affordable! Whether you are a local builder or a resident wanting to build, this program is available to you. A few stipulations do apply but, overall, the program is very accessible!

We will be having a public meeting on February 27th at 5:30pm at the Solomon Valley Office Suites to discuss this program. Randy Speaker, Regional Housing Specialist with NWKEIC, will be there to present on the program and answer any questions!
