LMC Community Service Award Banquet

We are so excited to celebrate and honor Mr. Doug McKinney on August 1st, 2026! We hope you can join us for a truly inspirational banquet. The ladies at Fort Hays Fort Hays Tech North Central always provide an amazing meal as well.

If you cannot attend the banquet, LMC always hosts an honorarium in honor of our Community Service Award recipient. You can help honor Doug for what he has given to Mitchell County by making a donation to the Scouts of Beloit, Kansas. Please note: Honorarium donations should still be sent to one of the locations above and checks addressed to Leadership Mitchell County.
