Mitchell County RISE will be sponsoring their quarterly Laundry Love promotion on Sunday, May 3. This will be free laundry services, as well as detergent, from 2-5 pm at The Laundry Basket in downtown Beloit. Anyone that needs it can use it. Mitchell County has three huge weekends coming right up! First, Memorial Day weekend in Mitchell County is always packed full of fun things to do for anyone and everyone! You can find all the details at the link below. The weekend of June 4-5-6 brings the HWY 24 Garage Sales. This includes community-wide garage sales in Beloit, Cawker CIty, and Glen Elder. Look for great sidewalk sales in on those days! Finally, Beloit will once again host the 41st Annual Kansas 8-Man All-Star Football game at the Matous Family Sports Complex!
