2026 Wheat Plot Tours

Mark your calendars for Thursday, May 21, 2026, for a day full of studying our Post Rock Extension District, Wheat Demonstration Plots for our annual tour. We will have 3 stops starting at 10:30 a.m. in Smith County, followed by lunch at Sam’s Place in Esbon with sponsor, Guaranty State Bank. Our second stop will be in Jewell County starting at 1:30 p.m., followed by our last stop in Mitchell County at 4:30 p.m. Supper will be served following the tour, sponsored by several agribusiness sponsors. Locations for the plots are shown in the graphic. Join us for any or all of the stops and bring your family, a friend, or your neighbor!
