We are currently exploring the possibility of starting a Young Professionals group in Mitchell County!

The main purpose of a Young Professional’s group is to be a resource for attracting and retaining young talent, fostering meaningful connections through our communities, and developing the next generation of business and community leaders.

There is no cookie-cutter definition of a “Young Professional”. Our first instinct when we think of a “professional” is people who are experts in their field and show up in a suit to work in an office every day. But young professionals are SO much more! To us, a young professional is anyone, usually in their 20s or 30s, who is building skills, growing in their field, desiring to learn more about leadership, and becoming established in their community.

Whether you are a student, loan officer, nurse, teacher, small business owner, administrative assistant, farmer, stay-at-home parent, or anything in between, we invite you to join us!
